address on the day of publication. The electronic version is
in an almost identical format to the print version and can be
viewed on screen or printed in whole or in part.
Terms and conditions of subscribing to
the electronic version of New Therapist magazine.
- New Therapist will be delivered
for the agreed period by e-mail only to the registered subscriber
in whose name the subscription is registered.
- Subscribers will be required
to enter a password to access the magazine and may not pass on
either in any form whatsoever the electronic copy of the magazine
or the password to any person not registered as a subscriber
to the electronic version of New Therapist.
- Subscribers to the print version
are authorised only to read the magazine on their own computers
or as a printed copy thereof. Any reproduction of the electronic
version and its distribution in any form to anybody other than
the registered subscriber constitutes infringement of the terms
of the subscription contract entered into by the subscriber and
New Therapist.
- In the event that a subscriber
is in breach of the terms outlined above, New Therapist reserves
the right pursue legal action in repsect of any damages it may
have suffered as a result of the copyright infringement. Further,
it reserves the right to cancel, at its discretion, the subscription
contract and refund pro rata any outstanding subscription fees,
less a cancellation fee equivalent to 20 percent of the annual
subscription fee.
- New Therapist will deliver the
electronic version of the magazine in Adobe Acrobat 4.0 format.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to open and read the file and
subscibers are responsible for ensuring that they have the downloaded
or acquired from a third party vendor the requisite software
for this purpose. The most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
can be downloaded FREE from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
- In the event of a change of
e-mail addresses, subscribers are required to provide at least
four weeks notice before the new address will take effect for
the purposes of the subscription.

- You will pay for the subscription
to the electronic version of the magazine, so only you will have
bought the rights to use it. If you pass it on to all and sundry,
you're giving them something they didn't pay for. We need the
money to keep producing a cutting-edge magazine, and if we don't
get it because you're copying it left, right and centre, then
we'll have to stop offering the electronic version. Then you'll
have to pay more for the print version and we'll probably all
be a little less happy and poorer than we could be.
